Work is currently underway on the upgrade of the Snugborough Road Interchange. This Project includes the construction of a second bridge over the N3 adjacent to the existing Snugborough Road, with new pedestrian and cyclist facilities being provided throughout, along with bus priority measures and additional lanes for turning movements. Construction work on the new bridge will begin in August. The entire project, which is co-funded by Fingal Co Council and the NTA is expected to be completed by Summer 2023. When completed

it will significantly improve traffic in the area, particularly around the
Blanchardstown Centre and Ballycoolin as well as for people accessing
